Metastases Detection in Gigapixel Images
I created a CNN based classifier to detect tumor from gigapixel images from the CAMELYON 16 challenge.
The left image is of a slide of a tissue. It is a gigapixel image in a .tif format. The right image is the slide annotated with tumorous areas.
